Do you work with organizations our size?+
Most of our clients have between 20 and 500 staff. We work with smaller organizations on focused projects (a HIPAA assessment, a camera deployment, a security review) and we work with larger ones on managed services and multi-site rollouts. If we're not the right fit for your size, we'll tell you and point you somewhere that is.
Where do you work?+
On-site engagements run within our regional service area. Remote and hybrid engagements work well across the country and internationally — most of our cybersecurity, identity, and consulting work doesn't require us in the building. If you're not sure whether your location is workable, ask in the form and we'll tell you straight.
Will I work with the same people throughout?+
Yes. The senior engineer in your initial conversation is the senior engineer running the engagement. We don't hand off to a junior team after signing. That's the entire structural reason we exist as a small firm.
Are you required to use Axis for physical security?+
No, but we strongly prefer Axis as our standard for new deployments because of build quality, cyber posture, and long-term supportability. If you have an existing fleet from another vendor, we'll evaluate it honestly and tell you whether it makes sense to keep, augment, or replace.
What does an initial engagement typically cost?+
It varies — a security posture assessment looks different from a fifty-camera Axis rollout. Most clients start with a free 30-minute call. After that, if there's a fit, we scope the work in writing with fixed costs where possible and clear time-and-materials where not. No mystery invoices.
