Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using dabconsulting.com ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by DAB Consulting, Inc. ("DAB Consulting," "we," "us," "our"). References on this site to our services, capabilities, and engagements describe the work we do — they are not offers or contracts.
Permitted use
You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and review materials we've published. You may not use the site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its underlying systems without our prior written authorization (note: we conduct authorized security testing in our consulting practice — that's a separate engagement, not something you can initiate by submitting forms or sending traffic)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including by introducing malware or attempting denial-of-service
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the site by automated means without our prior written permission
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications
Content and ownership.
Our content
The text, images, layouts, design system, and other materials on this site are owned by DAB Consulting or used with permission. You may view, print, and share individual pages for non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish the site or substantial portions of it without prior written permission.

Services and engagements.
Site content is descriptive, not contractual
Descriptions of our services on this site — what we do in cybersecurity, physical security, IT infrastructure, HIPAA compliance, systems integration, and consulting — are general descriptions of our practice. They are not offers, proposals, or commitments to perform specific work for any particular client.
Engagement terms govern
Any actual engagement to perform consulting, integration, or managed services work is governed by a separate written agreement — typically a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and one or more Statements of Work (SOWs). The terms in that agreement (scope, deliverables, fees, warranties, liability, confidentiality, IP, indemnification) govern that engagement and supersede anything inconsistent on this site.
Case studies and references
Case studies and client references published on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. They describe past work and outcomes; they are not guarantees of future results in your environment.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida, unless a different forum is required by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DAB Consulting regarding your use of this site. They do not modify, supersede, or replace any separate written agreement we may have for consulting or managed services work.
